The Ashy Bines Empire’s Social Media Presence

Ashy Bines has strong social media presence that benefits both her business and the companies she endorses. Through creating collaborations with brands and promoting products on her social media platforms she effectively provides a larger audience for the brands she supports and piques her audiences interest as she supplies them with discount codes.

Clean Treat Factory

Ashy Bines has collaborated with another fitness guru, Charlie de Haas to create the Real Treat Mix in various flavours that Ashy makes. Ashy promotes the various health sweets through her Youtube channel reality TV show where she and one of her ‘squad’ members  create the treats.

 

The Real Treat Mix is heavily advertised through the social media platform, Snapchat.  Ashy is a constant user of the application, and uses it to promote her limited edition Real Treat Mix. By using the Snapchat application to promote the Real Treats it creates interaction with her followers as they are able to see the process of the recipe.

Her Facebook platform advertises when there is a restock of the products and any girls that follow Ashy can ask questions and gain access to the products first.

Bye Bye Bloat Tea

The product of Bye Bye Bloat Tea was created by Ashy Bines in collaboration with Charlie de Haas who founded the Clean Treats Factory. The makers of the tea claims that it reduces bloating and is advertised by Ashy on snapchat every night as she shows how to make it and talks about the benefits.

On the website there is an explanation of what the ingredients are and what the tea will do for the consumer’s digestive system. “We’ve created a unique blend of digestive assistant herbs; fennel licorice and peppermint to help ease pain of digestive discomfort and wave bye bye to the bloat” (Clean Treats Factory, 2017).

The @ashybinessnaps account posts content from Ashy’s Snapchat account that includes different products and their discount codes. They also publish inspiration and videos of exercises that Ashy Bines and her squad teach on their tours.

The Instagram page is full of promotions for both Ashy Bines’ brands and other brands that Ashy supports like Happy Way Protein Powder and Breeze Balm which were mentioned in the previous blog post.

Greens Powder promotion

Morlife Greens Powder and how it came to be Ashy’s ‘go to product’ was advertised on her Snapchat story as she discussed her likes and dislikes about the other greens powders in existence. The evaluation of some greens powders informed her Snapchat following of things they should look for when buying one of the products that was mentioned.

By popular demand Ashy created a video with a Naturopath, Sandy Ross who works for Morlife. Together they discussed the benefits and showed the audience how to make up the shake with the greens powder. By addressing frequently asked questions through a piece of social media content, they educated and entertained the audience while promoting the brand itself.

The Ashy Bines Empire’s Projects and Sponsors

Ashy Bines successfully advertises multiple projects through her social media forums which include; Facebook, Instagram and, her major platform, Snapchat (ashybines1). The platforms provide her with opportunities to connect with her followers and market brands she’s involved with.

The Release of the 28 Day Booty Challenge
After completing her Booty Tour in 2016 Ashy Bines released her 28 Day Booty Challenge program to her social media following for no profit. The girls who joined the program within the access dates also gained access to the forum that was created by Steve Evans, Ashy Bines’ husband.


The program comes as an app that you install on your phone and requires a login that you create when you register for the program. The program contains a guide to choosing your desired goal which will determine the diet plan that you follow. By releasing the application to her following for no price the program increased in popularity and also widened her audience for her next program, Ashy Bines Squad Tour which began in Sydney on the 26th of March.

Ashy Bines has been involved in numerous brand promotions that appear in her reality show on Youtube which she gives discounts for on her snapchat account.

Happy Way

A major brand she promotes is Happy Way which is a protein powder she has used in her recipe videos that she uploads to her Youtube channel. She promotes their recipes as well as her own and shares them with her followers which generates interest in the product that has been promoted.

Wendy Campbell, Ashy Bines’ mother, founded Hideaway which is a collection of bath and beauty products that are regularly promoted on Raw and snapchat by Ashy. The company ‘takes pride in using natural ingredients which are locally sourced and sustainable’.

Breeze Balm

Samantha Leonard is one of the members of Ashy Bines’ squad and owns a company that  sells lip balms that won’t irritate anyone with sensitive skin called, Breeze Balm. Ashy features it in her snapchats and talks about how it can be used to sooth rashes and bites as well as moisturising lips.

As I attended two of the Booty Tour events I was able to purchase Breeze Balm, having used it on a regular basis I found that it’s a soothing formula that also relieves irritation when applied to a a mosquito bite or eczema.

Bondi Sands

Bondi Sands is a major brand that Ashy released a special video for which entails her tanning routine. Their brand is the main sponsor of the Squad World Tour and gave every participant in the Booty Tour a bottle of dark tan foam.
As a participant in the tour you receive a bottle in the goodie bag you are given once entering the event, along with other discount codes which I was able to take full advantage of when attending the events.

The Ashy Bines Empire

Ashy Bines has a major social media following filled with women trying to better themselves through following her programs to get fit and healthy. Ashy connects with her followers through many social media forms including; Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. The trainer has fitness programs that encourage women to lose weight in a healthy manner but, that’s not the only achievement that the guru has accomplished.

In 2016, Ashy launched her tour around Australia and New Zealand which promoted her new fitness program, 28 Day Booty Challenge. After attending two of the live workouts I can honestly say that Ashy Bines is an amazing  entrepreneur that cares about her followers and their well being.

The workouts were lively and energetic with her coaching a maximum of 4000 women at the Sydney tour. I myself got to experience the first Booty Tour stop on the Gold Coast, where she lives. The experience was amazing and Ashy and two of her best friends, Sammy Leo and Gretty Rose, rose to the occasion and coached the 1500 of us to the finish with funny banter and encouragement.

She completed her Booty Tour in Wellington and announced a new worldwide tour called, Squad. With the release of her new app her followers immediately jumped on board to support her in her new business ventures, an activewear label and a new exercise program, Squad.

Ashy Bine’s Facebook Page

Ashy Bines made Squad to encourage girls to motivate each other with their diets and exercises. Until the 22nd of March the application for the Squad program was only offered to those who purchased tickets for her world wide tour. On Wednesday the 22nd she announced on her social media pages that she will be letting girls worldwide access the application for two weeks for free, which is a major promotional use of social media.

Her friend and business partner, Gretty Rose also has a clothing line called, Gretty Rose The Label, which launches with new styles every week on Thursday at 5:pm (QLD time)  and always manages to sell out of the clothing.

Gretty Rose the Label was promoted by Ashy Bines on her reality TV show, Raw and also on her snapchat (ashybines1).

As Gretty Rose is a part of Ashy’s Squad, her company was supported by Ashy Bines fully and her followers got behind the fashion line.
The style is designed by Gretty and channels a hippy, bohemian looked with beautiful fabrics imported from overseas.

 

 

 

A major announcement was made in the new year of 2017 with Ashy Bines declaring a new project, Toned by Ashy Bines. Her active wear line launched on the 16/03 and gained traffic of over 5000 girls trying to get their hands on Ashy’s exclusive line of clothing.

The active wear range’s first release was promoted on all her social media channels with promotional video’s, images of the line and posts about the launch date.

The Ashy Bines Empire successfully uses social media to promote numerous projects that will be explored in the following blogs.
